Rev. Nathan Karcesky: Family Ministries

Nathan is the Pastor of Family Ministries.He spends his time leading staff and volunteers as they minister to the needs of children from birth through college.

Born and raised in Irian Jaya of missionary parents, Nathan became a Christian at the age of 6, and can still clearly recall the event.

"I remember the story my mother was reading about Jonathan and David, and then how she tied it in with ourselves and Jesus.However, I never really was living my life sold out for God until 10th grade, when I knew God was directing me into full time ministry."

Nathan has a BS in Missiology and a minor in teaching and counseling from Toccoa Falls College.After college he did an internship in Alabama as a youth pastor, not realizing that it would change his life forever.He fell in love with working with teens and went to seminary to get some more training in youth and church ministry.After receiving his Masters of Divinity, Nathan moved to Lake George, New York and began a youth ministry.After serving for six and half years there, Nathan and his wife Karen felt God calling them to a new area and new responsibilities.

Nate is the family guy, leading all the children and youth ministries.

He was born and raised in Irian Jaya (Western New Guinea).After college, he took an internship as a youth pastor in Alabama, fell in love with youth ministry, and has been involved in the lives of the young generation ever since.He moved to NJ with his wife, Karen, and has seen many young lives changed by God's love.
