Douglas M. Karcavich

Douglas M. Karcavich, LEED AP, Project estimator, joined the firm in 2004. Doug earned his BA from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining Duffy he spent 4 years working for a national cost consulting firm working on commercial, institutional, healthcare and industrial projects throughout the US. Since joining JJ Duffy, he has focused on Senior Housing projects of all types for both non-profit and for-profit clients in addition to other types of commercial and industrial projects. Doug was also a member of a national insurance firm's catastrophe assessment team. He works on all the architectural, structural and MEP components, compiling costs required for the final estimate.
