Earlier this year, Joseph Karam, director of network and telecommunications services, set out to increase Hamilton's bandwidth and wanted the best pricing and support available.Through Bandwidth.com, Karam purchased a T3 from MCI along with a router maintenance agreement and support.
"Bandwidth.com helped us get 45 megabits of bandwidth for just a little more than what we had previously paid for only 15 megabits," explained Karam."Bandwidth.com went out on our behalf to find the best solution for Hamilton College and they were able to get better pricing and support from the carrier than we ever could have directly."
