Mr. Douglas Kane

Mr. Kane was born July 12, 1983, in Richmond to Nancy Kane, of Williamsburg, and Douglas Kane, of Cookeville, Tenn., a Loudoun native.

At the time of his death, Mr. Kane was a student in the premedical program at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he maintained a 4.0 grade point average. He was a talented musician, playing both drums and guitar, and a former swimmer.
