Encik Kamil

Encik Kamil is currently the Executive Chairman of Marska Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company his previous positions were as Senior Vice President of Bank of Commerce (M) Berhad and as Executive Director of Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad.Kamil is also a Director of Magna Prima Berhad, Global Carriers Berhad, Bukit Katil Resources Berhad, WDM Holdings Berhad (not listed on Bursa Securities), National Aerospace and Defence Industries Derhad (not listed on Bursa Securities) and the Malaysia South Africa Business Council (company limited by guarantee).

He has no family relationship with any Director and or major shareholder of the Company, no conflict of interest with KHIND and has no convictions for any offence within the past ten(10) years.He attended all the six meetings of the Board in 2004.

He does not have any direct or indirect shareholdings in KHIND.
