   DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 2005--Partners Imaging announced today that Paul Kakis has been named the company's vice president, sales, effective immediately.

   Kakis joins the company from his previous position as Director of Diagnostic CT for Philips Medical Systems of North America, located in Bothell, Washington. While at Philips, he managed a successful CT marketing team, gaining seven percent market share across all CT product lines in 2004 and earning numerous sales and marketing awards for CT. He has more than 15 years of experience in diagnostic medical imaging sales, including CT and cardiovascular imaging.

   Prior to joining Philips in 1997, Paul was the Global Director of Marketing for Dupont-Sterling where he managed and developed a medical imaging and digital radiography portfolio worldwide. Kakis has a bachelor's of science degree from Chapman University.
