Michael Kailus came to Kansas City in 1990 to help begin Grace Training Center as Dean of Students.Prior to moving here he was a pastor in Ohio.He desires to see both men and women fully equipped for ministry through teaching of the Scriptures which combines scholarly understanding , spiritual insight , and practical application.

Healthy Christians will be in life-giving small groups which will multiply themselves on a regular basis. - Michael Kailus , Dean , Grace Training Center.
