   Ms. Kahn has experience in the planning, technical design, and coordination of academic, cultural, and Federal institution projects. She is skilled at achieving the highest quality of design while meeting all established functional, budget, and schedule goals. She has first hand experience in planning and implementation of adaptive re-use of large scale, phased, renovations. She is an active Project Manager with the insight to successfully coordinate the delivery of complex renovations, engineering upgrades, and expansions.
   
   Ms. Kahn holds a BA and a BArch from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is a member of the American Association of Museums and has a strong interest in cultural institutions within historical structures.
