   In 1998, Mr. Kahn founded and was CEO of STS HotelNet, an integrated media supplier for the hospitality industry.In December 2000, STS HotelNet was acquired by CAIS Internet (NASDAQ: CAIS).HotelNet developed a platform that enabled the delivery of personalized broadband media and applications to the PC, television and wireless handheld devices.
   
   At Hotel Net, Kahn formulated a business plan integrating video and Internet Protocols based content, commerce, applications and advertising across multiple devices for niche markets.Under Mr. Kahn's direction as CEO, the Company raised over $10 Million in funding and secured over 40% market share in the hospitality industry within 2 years.
   
   In 1996, Mr. Kahn founded and served as Managing Director of WebMessenger, Inc., a provider of value-added services (such as Internet Telephony) to ISP's worldwide.
   
   Mr. Kahn has also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for an investment management firm, evaluating start-up technology companies.Mr. Kahn is a frequent keynote speaker at travel industry conferences and was recognized as one of Colorado's up-and-coming business leaders in 2002 with the "40 under 40" Award.Mr. Kahn holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University .

   With hundreds of nominees from across the Denver Metro area, the recipients of the award were chosen based on three criteria: business leadership, recognition of accomplishments and community involvement.Each criterion measured equally and the recipients demonstrated an equal commitment to community and professional accomplishment.
   
   The selection committee was impressed with Mr. Kahn's track record of launching successful start-ups, totaling three by the age of 28.In 1996, Kahn co-founded, WebMessenger, an international provider of Internet telephony services.He followed this up as co-founder and CEO of STS Hotel Net, an integrated media supplier to the hospitality industry.
