Libby Julia, Director of Alumni Affairs at Robert Morris College, is a believer in the power of targeted e-mail.She has used a text-based e-mail tool developed by Starkmedia for just over a year to send regular messages to an opt-in list of RMC Alumni.

When Libby heard about the new HTML Self-Publishing Tool that Starkmedia was developing, she jumped at the opportunity to add color and images to her bimonthly Alumni e-Mail Newsletter.
