Vickie Jubinville, manager of Ben Bridge Jewelers on Southwest Fifth Avenue, said she was pleased that the census ,shed a positive light on downtown and the business growth that we,ve had.,She said, however, that street people and panhandlers remain an issue.,I love downtown.It,s a really energetic, viable place, and I feel badly when I hear people say they don,t come because of panhandlers and street kids,, she said.
