Ann Joslin will step down as director
...
After 15 years, Ann Joslin, director of visitor services and community relations of Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden, will step down.
"This is my last year, I'm retiring," Joslin said.
...
"The musical evenings are part of a larger scope of programs I administer," Joslin said.
Her work for the garden includes public relations and marketing, some supervising and facility rentals.
Joslin said she will not go away quietly.
She said will remain on the board of the Claremont Chamber of Commerce and remain active in the community through volunteerism.
"But I'll enjoy having a relaxed pace to my life," she said.
Besides volunteering, Joslin will spend time on her own home garden, she said.
Joslin said she is a member of the chamber through her husband's management consulting business.
There has not been a decision on who will take her place at the botanic garden, she said.
