Ms. Ann Joslin

Ann Joslin, Senior Research Associate Ms Joslin has over 15 years of experience in Transportation Demand Management (TDM), Transit Planning and Development and Operations. Ms. Joslin's experience in ITS/APTS include the management of a variety of ITS/APTS projects including a CAD/ AVL/signal prioritization project and planning and implementation of an Interstate service patrol program during her tenure at LYNX. Ms. Joslin also served as Program Manager for the Orlando Regional Alliance for the Next Generation of Electronic Payment Systems: ORANGES (an Electronic Payment System demonstration project for tolls, transit and parking). Ms. Joslin's experience at an transit operating agency has given her keen insight into the challenges facing transit operators in APTS implementation. Ms. Joslin earned her B.S in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
