   Sheryl Johnson Gee has been providing professional counseling and industrial consulting services since 1985. She has enjoyed a very successful career as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Organization Development Consultant providing services in both the public and private sector. Sheryl specializes in interpersonal dynamics , providing organization development and employee relations consulting , coaching , and training services in such areas as team building , conflict resolution , diversity/inclusion , leadership development , customer relations , change management , strategic alignment , and dialogue and consensus building facilitation.
   
   Sheryl Johnson Gee Sheryl has masterfully designed and delivered hundreds of organizational development change efforts , working collaboratively with employees at all levels within organizations. She has provided executive coaching to municipal , nonprofit , small business , and Fortune 500 managers. Sheryl holds a masters degree in counseling , has completed graduate studies in industrial/organizational psychology , and is currently matriculating in culture and human behavior doctoral studies with an emphasis in instructional technology and diversity training. She is a qualified/trained mediator and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Provider. Additionally , Sheryl has completed comprehensive facilitation training in personality temperament and type dynamics. She serves as an adjunct faculty member at area universities , a Feedback and Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership , and is the principle owner and managing partner of Dynamic Consulting Services ( a State of California Certified DBE/MBE/WBE ).
