After leaving the Navy, Mr. Johnson supported business development efforts for several government contractors in a variety of roles, including Proposal Manager, Bid Center Manager, Proposal Center Director.He has performed all facets of proposal preparation and management for commercial and Federal IT proposals, including analysis, strategy planning, resource planning, proposal design/structure/format, proposal development, production and post submittal activities in response to solicitations..
