P. Randy Johnson

Mr. Johnson has served as Chief Financial Officer of PTI since its inception in 2000.He was named CFO of PTI while serving concurrently as CFO of PTI's parent company, Jaycor, Inc.While at Jaycor, Mr. Johnson was responsible for arranging $8 million in mezzanine financing to fund development of data storage system products for Jaycor's new subsidiary, JNI Corporation.After JNI completed a very successful IPO in October 1999, Mr. Johnson managed the spin-off of JNI from Jaycor, resulting in a significant return to Jaycor's shareholders and employees.He also managed the merger of Jaycor to Titan Corporation in March 2002.Mr. Johnson left Jaycor in September 2002 to work exclusively with PTI.Prior to his appointment as CFO of Jaycor in December 1990, he served as VP and Controller of Jaycor from 1980 to 1990.
