Chuck has gained extensive experience in all areas of real estate through the governmental sector, the corporate sector, and the private practice sector.Chuck was formerly employed as house counsel for Club Corporation of America, where his duties primarily involved the acquisition and development of new city and country clubs, resort properties, and legal oversight of residential and resort developments in a number of states operated through a subsidiary of the parent corporation.Since leaving Club Corporation, he has been engaged in private practice with a primary focus on real estate, construction, and commercial law.Chuck joined the Real Estate practice group of Munsch Hardt in April 1998.
