    Team Leader Charlie Woodward was joined by Bob Johnson, Larry Kline, Gene Stebbins, Ian Fischer, Charlie Horan and Chuck Bender.

    At the session Bob Johnson announced his intention to retire as Archives Director on December 31, 2008. Some discussion was held regarding dividing the duties among several people, and numerous suggestions were made. Bob did say that he would remain active as an archives volunteer. He wishes to thank all those who have volunteered on the archiving program over the past eight years. He said you couldn't find a better group of people to work with. He also would like to thank the Board of Directors for their co-operation over the years and the Society's membership for their support and patience on this long project.
