Abby began her lobbying career in 1993 with Hydro-Quebec in New England.She currently provides strategic planning for a wide range of clients, lobbying the legislative and executive branches of government as well as providing advice to clients in the often-complex arena of state agency regulations.In addition, Abby has organized several statewide associations in campaign endeavors to maximize their presence in state politics, including Connecticut's nurses, the Communication Workers of America and the Charter School Network.

Abby serves on the Board of the Colonial Theater Renaissance Corporation, a not-for-profit development group in the City of Hartford, and she was elected to the Hartford Democratic Town Committee in 2004.She is a certified Myers-Briggs Trainer, providing training and facilitation.
