Kelly grew up in Springville Utah. After high school graduation she worked her way through college in the resort industry, ending up as head of the marketing department for Snowbird ski and summer resort. Kelly left snowbird, her senior year in college, at age 21 to start her own marketing company. Over the next 4 years she grew her marketing company to over 12 clients and 150 employees, also starting a seasonal boutique including over 100 vendors. When Kelly married Mark in 2002, she sold the majority of both companies to join Mark in Berkeley. She took a job as an analyst for RBC Dain Rauscher in San Francisco and started working for AOII in January 2003. Currently she is consulting for her companies and working as house mom for AOII Sigma.
