Many adjunct faculty members like humanities and english instructor Keith Jensen would like to see an ability to bargain for increase in pay and benefits.He teaches sections at both Harper and College of Lake Country, totaling five or six, though this semester he is dealing with a load of seven."I haven't seen it as how we're being treated."said Jensen.
