  MONTRÉAL, September 29, 2004 -- Member of Parliament (Notre-Dame-de-Grâce--Lachine), Marlene Jennings, on behalf of Minister of Canadian Heritage Liza Frulla, today announced $19,500 in funding for the Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations.The funds will allow the organization to produce a guide for improving the reading and writing skills of young English-speaking students.
