After completing degrees in both Commerce and Law, Mark joined the international accounting firm KPMG, where he specialized in advising across a wide range of taxation and financial planning matters for international executives, high net worth individuals, global financial institutions, fund managers and superannuation funds. Mark has also worked in the legal department of one of Australia's leading banks.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has been admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He has also completed the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and has been designated as a Financial Planning Specialist (FPS) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.

Mark's unique mix of taxation, financial planning and legal qualifications and experience allows him to provide specialist technical advice that considers aspects of all of these increasingly complex interrelated areas. Mark brings to his role as Senior Financial Consultant at Tynan Mackenzie a wealth of experience in taxation, superannuation and retirement / termination planning.
