  Prior to that, Mr. Jenner spent nearly 10 years at BSkyB as a Senior Public Affairs Advisor where he assisted in the development and communication of BSkyB's position on a variety of major U.K and E.U. policy issues.During his tenure there, he was seconded to the Cabinet Office Regulatory Impact Unit for 18 months to lead a joint Cabinet Office/DfES project to reduce bureaucracy in schools.
