Mr. Hazel Jenkins

Born June 24, 1965, in Fairfax, Va., the son of Hazel Jenkins of Gambrills and the late Earl Jenkins, Mr. Jenkins graduated from Arundel High School and attended two years at Washington Bible College.He earned a degree in management from National-Louis University in McLean, Va.

Mr. Jenkins worked for AT&T in Herndon, Va., from 1988 to 2007, where he was involved with collective bargaining with the Communications Workers of America.

He was director of music and arts for the Washington Plaza Baptist Church in Reston,Va.

His interests included playing the piano and riding an unicycle.
