Colin R. Janssen is full professor of Ecotoxicology at Ghent University, Belgium where he is the director of the Laboratory for Environmental Toxicology, at the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering.He heads a research team of 25 co-workers which are actively studying effects of contaminants on aquatic and terrestrial species and ecosystems.He has published more than 270 international papers and is involved in various national and international science advisory committees.
