Ms. Jamieson received her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College Law School where she served as Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review and published an article entitled "Educational Malpractice: A Lesson in Professional Accountability."

Ms. Jamieson graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors.After college, Ms. Jamieson worked in Washington, D.C. with the law firms of O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP in the securities and corporate practice as a non-legal professional.

After law school, Ms. Jamieson joined the Boston law firm of Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault LLP where she practiced in the Corporate Department representing companies and investors.

After leaving Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault LLP, Ms. Jamieson worked as Assistant General Counsel and Counsel - Americas International for Wang Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: WANG) and as Vice President and General Counsel for Student Advantage, Inc. (NASDAQ: STAD).

Ms Jamieson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
