The idea was than brought to long time friends Doug and Kevin Jamieson who owned and operated Nationwide Screenprint, a Southern California based screenprint, embroidery and uniform manufacturing company.With insight from hard-core anglers, boat captains, deckhands and fishing professionals the three created the ultimate pair of fishing shorts, the Original Cargo Style Battle Shorts.

Mr. Jamieson is co-owner and has been an intricate part of all aspects of growth and development for Booyaa Fishing Wear.Kevin has managed operations at Nationwide Screen Print , Embroidery and Sportswear Manufacturing for the past 10 years.He has an extensive background with design and production of apparel.Experiences include working with sportswear manufacturers to create and design specific clothing applicable to their industry.He has designed and produced for such companies as Boeges Sporting Goods and Chicks Sporting Goods.Kevin was on the forefront of design and research for Booyaa's intense and difficult design of the Cargo Style Battle Shorts.Being an avid fisherman is was easy to create a fishing short that would encompass all the necessary components for function , style and durability.Kevin will be the first person to step and support our hangtags stating : Made Hard to Play Hard.
