    Dwight co-founded Crossroads Angel to combine his passion for music with his interest in applying social networking methods and analysis to traditional business models.

    Dwight Irving received a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Idaho. At the start of his career, he applied his knowledge to the research instrumentation industry where he designed control, visualization and data analysis software for spectrophotometry and imaging systems. After launching two new generations of PC-based instruments, Irving moved into a senior technical role at ADP, a financial services company, where he added distributed systems architecture to his knowledge of high performance software design.

    Irving entered the communications industry as a user champion, customer engineering architect and services manager at Dialogic, the original computer telephony equipment provider. Dialogic was acquired by Intel and later divested to become the "new" Dialogic. Irving left Dialogic to found Crossroads Angel after moving from technologist and technical manager toward the business side of communications as a technical sales executive and business development manager.

    In 2008, Irving founded Crossroads Angel, LLC as with his partner and son, Patrick Irving.
