Adam is the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Economos Properties, which he joined in October 2003.He helped in the opening of the Courtyard by Marriott, Miami Beach Florida and the Hilton Garden Inn, in Dania Beach Florida.Adam is responsible for establishing a Corporate Human Resources Office that will promote the vision of Economos Properties and create systems and support that will enhance the company mission statement.He is also responsible for establishing a job referral bank, benefits administration and offering training, labor relations support and assisting in hotel openings and acquisitions. He has experience in the hospitality industry for the previous ten years with Marriott International and was a key support for corporate initiatives in training, labor relations,diversity, union relations, hotel openings and acquisitions.

His previous career in health and hospitals in the New York City was in the realm of Human Resources as well as field operations.He was a manager for a home health care agency and provided home health care for home bound patients.

Adam was born in Newark, New Jersey of Puerto Rican Decent and a graduate of Saint John's University, New York with a degree in Social Sciences.While attending College, he was a Home Missionary creating community based organizations to promote job training and development for neighborhood youth.

Born in Newark NJ Of Puerto Rican Heritage, Lived in New York, Boston, and now in Miami Beach seven years, a graduate of St John's University in New York, was a missionary here in the states for 6 years while attending college, adopted Two boys and raised them as a single parent, His hospitality career started as a restaurant dishwasher, Moved to South Florida in 2000, worked for Marriott International as a Director of Human Resources for several properties.Presently with Economos Properties as the Corporate Director of Human Resources overseeing 4 properties and 5 new projects in their planning stages.He is a member of the HHRABC for the 4th year, He has an extensive background in Human Resources in several Industries, Health, Legal, Marketing, Education, Restaurant and now Hotel Hospitality.
