   Michael Ickowski, CPA, MBA, has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Gary C. Tucker has been appointed Senior Vice President - Operations.

   Mr. Ickowski has almost 25 years experience in healthcare financial operations.He started his career in Houston, Texas as a Medicare accountant for St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital.Later, he worked for the public accounting firm of Ferraro and Ferraro in Orchard Park, NY.From 1987 to 2000, he worked at ECMC in several different positions including Director of Accounting/Budgeting and Decision Support, Controller, and Director of Finance.In November of 2000, he accepted a position as Regional Controller for Humility of Mary Healthcare Partners (HMHP) in Youngstown, Ohio where he has been since.In joining Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Mr. Ickowski is returning home to Western New York.He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College and his MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a major in Health Systems Management.
