   Work Experience:Tanya was appointed as the Assistant Vice President and Director of Communications and Outreach in July of 2007.She previously served as the Director of Student Outreach Services since November 2004 after transferring from her position as Team Lead for the Loan Data Management department at Edfinancial Services.Prior to joining the Edsouth family, she worked for four years as the Assistant Director of Admissions at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where she acquired her love of working with college-bound students and their families.
   
   About Tanya:Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Tanya moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2004 after having spent several years in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.She and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter and frequently travel to visit family and friends.Although no longer working directly in a school setting, Tanya remains active in the higher education community and spends much of her time researching and learning about current events and issues affecting today's college-bound youth.

   Tanya Ickowitz To Manage eCampusTours
   
   Knoxville, TN - Edfinancial Services announces the promotion of Tanya Ickowitz to manager of eCampusTours, the all-inclusive college planning resource provided free to schools and students. Most recently a loan operations specialist for Edfinancial Services, Ickowitz will assume day-to-day responsibilities for developing and marketing the eCampusTours website, as well as managing Student Outreach Services (SOS).
   
   "Tanya is uniquely qualified to take eCampusTours and SOS to the next level," says Billy Houston, senior vice president and chief strategic officer of Edfinancial Services.

   Prior to joining Edfinancial Services, Ickowitz was assistant director of admissions at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA for five years. During this time she was responsible for administering admissions decisions, creating and implementing new outreach initiatives and promoting the University to high school guidance counselors, prospective students and parents. She is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans.
