The witness testified that Kajelijeli ordered militiamen to rape and kill ethnic Tutsi women in his commune. He added that Kajelijeli held considerable power over the Interahamwe militiamen. The Interahamwe was the youth wing of the then ruling Movement of the Republic for National Development (MRND) party.
   
   GOA yesterday gave details of alleged rapes and murders by the Interahamwe. He claimed the crimes were committed on Kajelijeli's orders. He gave a graphic description of how one Tutsi woman, named Joyce, was raped and her breast cut off by a militiaman who later licked her blood.
