    Blake Iba

    ...
Blake Iba has always loved movies - watching them, directing them, writing them, promoting them. So, it was only natural when he earned his bachelor of science degree in radio/television/film in 1993 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.

Following graduation, his career began as a project coordinator for Toddler Television (TTV), a Dallas-based, independent production company.Moving into freelance production work next was an easy decision.

In the fall of 1995, while pursuing a master's degree in communication technology at the University of Iowa, Iba discovered the Internet and the world of interactive multimedia. He began to understand and develop numerous business applications for this emerging technology.

Iba left graduate school and returned to Fort Worth in January 1996, after accepting a media relations position with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tarrant County.Once home, he immediately began discussing the idea of creating a Web development and multimedia company with his longtime friends Tony Marrero and Mike Henry.

During the spring of 1996, Iba, Marrero and Henry formed Interactive Associates , a Web development, multimedia and print design company, in their shared house.Just four years later, the company has moved into a 1,500-square-foot office in downtown Fort Worth and has grown to nine employees.

Today, interactive multimedia projects allow Iba to live his passion for movies. As the director of a multimedia project, he has full control over the script, the lighting, the music, the visuals and the final creative product.

Serving clients locally and across the country, Iba specializes in designing and producing multimedia projects of extremely high quality.Using the latest technology, he has created presentations for such companies as BroadVision, ClickAction, McAfee and Texas Christian University.

Iba was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in 1987, when his father was named head basketball coach for Texas Christian University.Iba enjoys hiking, biking, basketball and tennis.
