SO Albert T.P.executive committee member & Scientific advisorSo obtained BSc(Eng), MPhil and PhD from Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, University of Hong Kong.He had been with the Hong Kong Government as an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer before he joined City University of Hong Kong in 1990.Now he is Associate Professor with the Department of Building & Construction.Dr. So is a founder of IAEE (HK-China Branch) and he is now General and Academic Secretary of the Branch.Dr. So was elected into the Board of Executives of IAEE in Barcelona in 1996 and he was appointed Scientific Advisor of Elevcons in Zurich in 1998.He is a Chartered Engineer, U.K. and Registered Professional Engineer, H.K., and corporate members of IEE, CIBSE and HKIE.He is also Chairman of Control Electronics Technical Committee of IEEE where he is a Senior Member.
