Mr. Iadarola joined MidCap's predecessor, ACFC, in September of 1997.He started as an asset-based loan officer.He currently focuses on loan underwriting and business development.In addition, he functions as MidCap's internal systems administrator.

Mr. Iadarola has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking and asset based lending.

Mr. Iadarola graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mr. Iadarola has over 17 years of experience in commercial banking and asset based lending.Prior to joining ACFC, he was Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at Peoples Savings Bank & Trust in New Britain, Connecticut, where he successfully established the bank's Commercial Loan Department.Prior to Peoples Savings he worked for Fleet Bank in Hartford as an Assistant Vice President in the commercial loan workout department.

Mr. Iadarola graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
