Kenneth Hytch (Solo Singing/Choirs/Vocal Ensembles, Composition)
With over 30 years experience of conducting both as resident and guest conductor, Kenneth has worked with many musical societies, international soloists and artistic directors of high repute.Well known for his inspirational vision and dynamic style, Musical Societies have flourished under his direction.He is no stranger to the bold and innovative; on acquiring a cassette recording and piano score from the composer Malcolm Arnold for a 'lost' musical (Parasol) from the 1960's, Kenneth reconstructed the full score and produced the world stage premiere to great critical acclaim.Since retiring from full time teaching as Director of Music at Wymondham College in 1999, Kenneth adjudicates regularly for the National Federation of Music Festivals, for the Regional Festivals and the Finals of Music for Youth.Last year he spent ten days at the Jersey Eisteddfod adjudicating a wide variety of classes.In composing commissions, Kenneth has had 'Jubilate' for Choir and Piano premiered in Norwich and 'Nocturne' for Harp and Handbells played in the USA.Kenneth has completed the immensely challenging task of a 'Clarinet Concerto' for Mandy Burvill who is a member of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
