James A. Hyde

LOUISVILLE - James A Hyde, director of the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, has been awarded a 2007 Distinguished Contributions and Lifetime Achievement Award from the Kentucky Association for Marriage & Family Therapy.A member of AAMFT since 1975, Hyde became an approved supervisor in 1995 and has supervised countless students and supervisor candidates over the years.Most recently, Hyde has served as a site visitor on behalf of the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education.He has also been named Chair of the Judicial Ethics Panel for the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.

The Kentucky Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (KAMFT) is pleased to announce its award winners for 2007, including James A Hyde, PhD, director of the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.He has been selected to receive a Distinguished Contributions and Lifetime Achievement Award at the KAMFT banquet on April 19.
