    James Hyde, chief operating officer of clearance retailer Overstock.com, is no longer with the company - at least not in an executive capacity.And what connection Hyde now has to the company is a mystery, with some sources telling The Post he was "demoted" and others simply saying he was either asked to step down or fired.
