Pam has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. She has applied her psychotherapy skills in a variety of settings, including private practice, a brain injury recovery center, children and families protective services, and Hospice and Home Health of Mercy.

Pam has also been an adjunct faculty member for both Colorado State University and University of Denver Graduate Schools of Social Work. She is an EMDR Level II Therapist and has served as the team clinician for the Four Corners Regional Critical Incident Stress Management Team. She is a Red Cross Mental Health Disaster Team volunteer and served on various boards, including Cadence Therapeutic Riding Program where horses are used to empower handicapped children, adults and high-risk teenagers.
