Leveraging an extensive background in Engineering and Operations Management, Pam leads uReach Technologies' Global Operations team.In that role, Pam is responsible for global solution delivery, solution lifecycle management and global carrier support services.

Prior to joining uReach, Pam spent 12 years with NMS Communications.During that time, she held several senior positions in Engineering, Product Management and Operations.Her most recent experience was as Senior Director of Carrier Operations.In that role, she was responsible for global delivery of NMS' product offerings for mobile and fixed line telephony network operators.She also played a principal role in the creation of a new Operations structure to better serve NMS' multi product line business strategy.

Pam holds an MSEE from Stanford University and a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
