Nina Hurley

Nina graduated from the University of Surrey in 1996 with an Honours Degree in French and Art.Nina joined Jenkins in 1997 and qualified as a UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 2002.She is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and is a Professional Representative before the Community Trade Marks Office.

Nina is a fluent French speaker and the French language skills she has obtained are of assistance in liasing with French speaking clients and associates as well as with W.I.P.O. Nina is also experienced in handling opposition proceedings before the Community Trade Marks Office in French.

Nina has wide-ranging experience in dealing with UK, Community and foreign trade mark matters, including filing and prosecution of applications, clearance searches, oppositions and settlement negotiations, and advice both general and specific to existing and prospective clients.She has assisted with the trade mark portfolios of major corporations in the telecommunications and television entertainment industries for a number of years as well as with the trade mark matters of smaller firms and individual clients.

Nina also provides tutorials to students who are preparing for the ITMA qualifying examinations.
