In her ninth year of pageantry, Nikki has served in all facets including contestant, coach, judge, and currently as the co-director of the Miss Kosciusko County Fair Queen Scholarship Pageant.She also was Miss Pulaski County where she assisted with that pageant for two years.In 1994, Nikki placed in the Top 12 at the Miss Indiana USA pageant.While in college, she served as a spokes model for several companies.

In 1998, she graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Financial Planning and Counseling.Nikki works at Lake City Bank as a loan officer.She is also an Independent Mary Kay cosmetics consultant.

She and her husband Craig reside in Claypool, IN, along with their dog Ginger.
