    Mike holds a Master degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Wolverhampton University. Formerly a Divisional Director within HSBC UK Asset Finance he has major corporate and board level experience in financial services, training and personal development and consultancy.

    Working with board directors, partners in the professions and owner-managers, his principal focus is to support organisations, teams and individuals facing transition as well as the development of multi-level leadership capabilities and high performance.

    Mike was elected UK President of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council in 2008 and is a regular speaker at national and international conferences. He is Co-founder and Partner of integratedperformance.

    Mike enjoys time in his garden and relaxes with a daily walk in the forest with his boys - two faithful Labradors.
