As for the Pioneers , head coach Mike Hurley is hoping that his young , inexperienced team will do a lot of growing early to peak just in time for the playoffs.

We lost about 70 percent of our offense from last year so , are we inexperienced.Yes , we are , Hurley said , but we're also talented.Just how talented we are is something we'll find out..

We're going to worry about keeping the puck out of our net and hopefully get some bounces and win games 1-0 , or 2-1 , said Hurley.I don't know if I would call this a rebuilding year because we have most of the defense and our goalie back.We are inexperienced up front , but I think we're talented..

What scares me about West is Eddie Sullivan.He's going to be a top scorer and he plays right in our back yard. he said.
