Susan Hunter began her career in arts management - first with the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, D.C. and later as vice president of a modern dance company management firm in New York City.
In 1991, a career change led her to the world of real estate and, after eight successful years in her new field, she was named to the President's Council - an honor reserved for the top 17 sales associates in a company with over 900 agents.
Susan joined Lois Schneider Realtor in 1999 and since 2003, she has been Sales Manager with responsibility for the activities of 32 professional sales associates, as well as the company's award-winning Relocation, Graphics and Advertising/Marketing departments.
In 2008 she was named Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing.

After having achieved membership in the New Jersey State Million Dollar Sales Club for more than ten consecutive years, she was honored with a lifetime membership in the New Jersey Association of Realtors Distinguished Sales Club.
A graduate of the Institute of Luxury Homes Marketing and the Realtor Institute, she also has been designated a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and an e-Pro, and is a member of the distinguished Council of Residential Brokerage Managers.
In 2009 she was elected to the Board of Trustees of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors.
Susan's commitment to the community is reflected in her numerous volunteer activities.
She is past president of both the Junior League of Summit and a local PTA and has served on many boards, including Youth Employment Services, Senior Connections, Inc., and the Pathways Advisory Group and the Community Service Committee of the Board of Realtors.
She currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee of NCJAR.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Susan received a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College.
