In the mid 1980s, claimant's daughter, Susan Hunter, owned a shop selling swimwear and aquatic equipment in Portsmouth, Ohio.In a 1999 report, an investigator for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("BWC") described claimant's involvement in the business:
"[W]hen the business was first opened, Schultz [claimant] mostly watched the children of Hunter.
