Adrian has worked within financial institutions for 28 years, starting at the London Stockbroker Simon & Coates and then moving into banking.His roles have covered Private Banking at the United Bank of Kuwait, then moving as National Sales Manager of Lending Products at Canadian Imperial Bank of commerce.

In 1995 Adrian joined Robert Fleming & Co where he held different management posts dealing with investment funds, money markets, offshore and private banking.Part of the Fleming business was acquired by Abbey National in 2002 where his role involved managing major account relationships.
