(New York City, May 23, 2006) , LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP announces the addition of Andrew Hulsh to the firm's New York office.As a partner in the corporate and finance practice, Mr. Hulsh will focus primarily on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity matters and other corporate finance transactions.

A former partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, Mr. Hulsh has represented issuers and managing underwriters in more than 40 public offerings of equity and debt securities.He has also represented numerous purchasers and sellers of businesses in a wide variety of domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions involving both publicly-held and private companies.

Mr. Hulsh also has significant experience with private equity investments, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts.In addition, he regularly provides corporate counseling to the executive officers and Boards of Directors of public companies, including special committees, in connection with negotiated and unsolicited mergers and acquisitions and routine corporate and securities matters.Mr. Hulsh speaks frequently at conferences around the world on the subjects of negotiated mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
