  "This was a very well-received project the first time around, when we held an initial meeting in March with the builders," said WISSOTA board member Scott Hughes.
  
  "I really thought our first meeting went well and a number of builders and suppliers have asked me over the summer if they can continue working together with WISSOTA.We thought getting together on the day before our rules meetings would be a good idea.The things we discuss and their opinions will be fresh in the minds of the tech officials and promoters as they prepare for two days of rules meetings right afterward," Hughes added.
  
  The builders tech meeting will again be held at the Best Western Kelly Inn in downtown St. Cloud, MN.It will begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 8.
  
  "Our mission with this meeting remains the same as it was prior to our meeting with the builders last March," Hughes said.

  "I said it before our first builders tech meeting this past spring, and I'll say it again: I think this will be a great opportunity for all of the builders to get together, look each other in the eye, and make recommendations that will help guide us all into the future," Hughes added.
  
  Engine and chassis builders who wish to attend the meeting can contact Hughes at his business office (715) 838-9126 to make arrangements.Please contact Hughes prior to November 1, if you would like to attend, so the appropriate meeting room can be secured and your credentials can be prepared.
  
  The WISSOTA annual meeting runs from Thursday, November 8 through Saturday, November 10.
